The hotel was very modern with all the necessary amenities, yet some cleanliness issues were noticeable, which is crucial for me. The location was perfect for our needs, although there were hints of bad hygiene. The dining options were varied, but some areas were not as clean as expected.

The room was bright, modern, and equipped with a refrigerator, programmable safe, and twin beds. The shower with a 'see-through' wall was an interesting feature that could be opaque with a push of a button.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, but lacked guidance for first-time visitors and their inquiries. They did, however, serve excellent Italian coffee.

The location was very convenient for day trips to Milan and Lake Como. It was a quick 10-minute walk to the center of Lugano, near the lake, with private parking and free WiFi.
